Reading the result
The yearly figure assumes nothing heroic: it is your own numbers multiplied out. If it disappoints, the levers rank in a consistent order — attendance first (a cancellation policy that is actually enforced), then roster, then rate. Working the rate lever is what the rate calculator is for; a policy the calendar enforces for you is what Halgo’s scheduling does.
