Schedule and calendar
Live
A tutor's calendar is the business. Halgo keeps it in one place, syncs it both ways with Google Calendar, and keeps lesson outcomes beside billing for your review.
Two-way sync that stays synced
Connect Google Calendar once and Halgo keeps the two in step automatically — a lesson moved in either place moves in both. Conflicts surface before they happen, not after a student is standing in the wrong Zoom room.
Lessons that know what they cost
Every lesson carries its outcome — completed, cancelled, no-show, rescheduled — beside the student's balance. If an event is deleted in Google Calendar, Halgo marks that lesson cancelled and notifies you.
Review the outcome and its billing effect in Halgo before treating either as final. A calendar deletion never decides by itself whether the lesson should be charged or forgiven.
Calls, without pretending they are live
Keep a Zoom or Meet link on the lesson for your own schedule, then send it to the student through your usual channel; external links are not shown on the public student page. Halgo's built-in call and the separately consented Zoom/Meet transcription workflow are both unavailable on the live beta today.
Questions tutors ask
Does the sync go both ways?
Yes. Lessons created in Halgo appear in Google Calendar, and time changes come back on the automatic refresh. Deleting a managed event in Google Calendar marks the lesson cancelled in Halgo and notifies you; review its outcome and billing there.
Can it charge for late cancellations automatically?
No. A Google Calendar deletion marks the lesson cancelled and notifies you, but Halgo leaves the final outcome and any charge or balance change for you to review.
Want your evenings back?
Halgo is letting tutors in a few at a time. Leave your address on the landing page and we'll write when a place opens.
