Between lessons is where learning actually settles. Halgo turns your material into practice decks a student opens from a link and works through on a review schedule that adapts to their answers.
Decks from your material
Cards can come from your textbooks' exercises, from a lesson's topics, or be written by hand — with pictures and audio where the skill needs them. Drills go beyond flip-cards: matching, typed answers, and listening tasks.
Spaced repetition, not streak theatre
Halgo schedules each card with a spaced-repetition algorithm based on its review history. No gems, no fire emojis — the student's job is ten focused minutes, not a daily-streak anxiety loop.
Results flow back to you
What a student practised and how they answered lands back in their record for you to inspect and use when planning the next lesson or choosing homework. It does not automatically change homework selection. Practice a student does from a share link stays private to your workspace, and practice pages are never tracked by analytics: some of your students are children, and that line is enforced in code.
Questions tutors ask
Do students need to install anything?
No. A deck opens from a link in any browser, phone included. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Is this a Quizlet replacement?
For a tutor's use of it, mostly yes: your decks come from your own teaching material, and the recorded results give you evidence to use in lesson planning. What it does not have is Quizlet's public library of other people's decks — by design, since your material is private.
