The nightly hour of assembling each student's homework is the one job no admin tool touches. Halgo does it from the books you already use.
Your books, indexed once
Upload a PDF of a textbook you teach from. Halgo reads it page by page — including scanned books, via OCR — and extracts every exercise with its skill, difficulty and topic. That happens once per book; from then on your library is searchable and reusable.
The exercises stay yours and stay private: your books are not shared with other tutors, and nothing you upload trains anyone's models.
One PDF per student, aimed at their gaps
Pick a student and optionally choose the topics. Halgo matches the sheet to their level and your chosen focus; with no topic selected, it uses the weak areas already recorded in that student's profile, or their level when none are recorded. It lays the result out as a print-ready PDF that looks like a textbook page — not like a form.
Every generated exercise has Replace and Edit buttons, so you stay in control of what goes out. Nothing is sent anywhere by itself: you print it, share it, or drop it on the student's board.
Saved exercises are checked before reuse
Halgo keeps a per-student history and excludes previously assigned library exercises before it drafts the sheet. When the library does not have enough suitable material, Halgo can write new exercises; those remain reviewable drafts, so you can edit or replace anything that feels too similar.
Where it stands
Homework generation is in beta. Extraction quality depends on the book — clean print PDFs work best, heavily designed spreads are harder — and we are honest about that during onboarding. This is also exactly the part of Halgo we most want early tutors' feedback on.

Which languages does it work for?
Halgo currently supports Slovenian, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Czech, Portuguese, Dutch and Ukrainian. The selected teaching language follows the student's profile and the books you upload.
Do my students need an account to receive homework?
No. A student's board opens from a share link — no account, no app, no password. You can also just print the PDF.
How does Halgo avoid repeating homework?
Previously assigned library exercises are excluded before selection. If the library runs thin and Halgo drafts new material, it stays editable and replaceable: two generated drafts can still resemble each other, so you review the sheet before sharing it.
